Group Exercise Physiology Classes

We offer Group Gym Classes tailored for people of all ages and ability levels and are designed to be both supportive and progressive.

Before joining a class, you'll complete a one on one consultation with one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists. This ensures your program is personalised, safe, and aligned with your health goals before you begin.

Type 2 Diabetes & Weight Management Program

If you’ve been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes or are struggling to maintain a healthy weight, our Diabetes and Weight Management Program could be the right fit for you.

Program Details:

  • Initial one on one assessment
  • 8 x 1 hour small group sessions across 8 weeks
  • Education on exercise, diet, and lifestyle strategies
  • Peer support and guidance from qualified professionals
  • Optional continuation plans after program completion
  • This program is fully bulk billed under Medicare with a valid GP referral using the “Group Allied Health Services for Type 2 Diabetes” form

    GLA:D Program

    The GLA:D® (Good Life with osteoArthritis: Denmark) Program is an internationally recognised education and exercise initiative designed for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis. Developed in Denmark and now widely adopted across the world, GLA:D® combines evidence based exercise therapy with patient education to reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life.

      Participants in the program benefit from:

    • Individual assessment to tailor the program to their needs.
    • Education sessions to better understand osteoarthritis and how to self manage symptoms.
    • Supervised exercise classes focused on strengthening, stability, and functional movement.
    • Ongoing support to build confidence and encourage long term physical activity.

    Research has shown that the GLA:D® Program can significantly reduce pain, decrease reliance on medication, and improve overall function in daily life.

    At our clinic, the GLA:D® Program is delivered by specially trained exercise physiologists, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence based care.

    Referrals & Third Party Funding

      We accept clients under the following schemes:

    • WorkCover (GP referral required)
    • TAC (referral by GP or physiotherapist)
    • DVA (GP referral required)
    • NDIS (self managed and plan managed clients)

    Our team is happy to coordinate with referring practitioners to ensure consistent, goal aligned care.
