Michael Prosenak

Michael – Associate Director & Senior Physiotherapist, Ringwood Sports Medicine

Michael is an Associate Director of Ringwood Sports Medicine and a highly experienced physiotherapist, having graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy. His clinical expertise is supported by international experience, including placement at one of the United States’ top rated physiotherapy practices in New York City.

From 2020 to 2025, Michael served as Physiotherapist for the Eastern Ranges Football Club. He has also gained experience working clinically with elite athletes across the AFL, AFLW and WNBL. Beyond the clinic, Michael is an accomplished footballer, currently playing for and captaining the Park Orchards Senior Football Club, a role he has held since 2020.

As an active athlete himself, he brings a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport, allowing him to deliver rehabilitation that is both practical and performance driven. By combining elite level clinical experience with firsthand sporting insight, Michael applies advanced knowledge of anatomy, injury management, functional rehabilitation and manual therapy to help people of all ages return to their optimal level of function.
