Dr Zee Arain – Specialist General Practitioner – Ringwood Sports Medicine

Dr Zee Arain is a sports medicine doctor based in Ringwood at Ringwood Sports Medicine. He trained at Monash University. He has over 20 years of clinical experience. His work spans emergency medicine, general practice, concussion, and pain management.

Dr Zee is best known as the former Chief Medical Officer of the Melbourne Football Club. He led the AFL club's medical team for 8 years. He has also worked with the Melbourne Storm NRL team and Malaysia's national track cycling team. This gives him deep experience treating and managing elite athletes.

Dr Zee has advanced training in pain management. He trained under leading experts in Australia and overseas. He now treats people living with long-term or complex pain conditions.
