Jessica – Physiotherapist – Ringwood Sports Medicine
Jess graduated from La Trobe University (Bundoora) with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Physiotherapy Practice.
She uses a combination of hands-on manual therapy and individualised strength and conditioning programs to support safe and effective injury recovery.
Jess has a particular interest in managing knee, ankle and lower back injuries, and enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults across a range of activity levels.
She has worked with several sporting organisations, including the Eastern Ranges Football Club in 2024, and the NBL1 Kilsyth Cobras and Park Orchards Sharks in 2025.
Jess values a thorough, sport-specific rehabilitation approach, with a focus on reducing the risk of re-injury. Having rehabilitated her own ACL rupture in 2018, she brings a strong understanding of the physical and practical demands of recovery and return to sport, and returned to high-level netball with Ariels.
